Most of my life, have tried to take care of my feet, ankles, knees, hands, elbows, back, neck, ears & eyes, particularly. Nose & sinuses have been a mess but worked at those, too. Teeth were a mess. Oh well. We do what we can.
Now at my age, I consciously try and move sensibly & avoid falls. I think my bones are above average with supplements etc. but I don't want to tempt anything.
