This bucket thing is either a message, or someone is doubtless fired for an outrageous and uncouth display of extremely tacky work habits (and personal lack of self-awareness) that the dignity of the people’s house is maintained at ALL times.
Otherwise, there is no excuse to leave the facade of the White House, including its draped window in question filled with something so crude as a damn bucket placed in the window exposed to the world’s view, 24/7.
The White House has a team to uphold the standards set for appearances of the White House, so the bucket was surely quickly dispatched along with the nimrod who placed it there.
Unless.... maybe, it was a quick message.
