If page 17 is blank, sprinkle Diet Mountain Dew on that page and a nine digit code should appear.
That code is the number, less one, of letters you shift the alphabet to decode the real message. Unless there is a “0” in the code. Don’t use the “0”.
“0” is only a placeholder symbol to represent nothing in mathmatics.
