In the playoffs, I think they should just play a full 15-minute quarter, if it’s still tied after that play another entire quarter until somebody wins.

What I like about the college rules is BOTH teams have to have a chance to have the ball.
Otherwise, if you just make it another quarter, your looking at a mandatory fifth 15 minute period. Not sure that’s so great.
