The info in the older post regarding the Bengazi server is interesting, BUT...it concerns me that the purported author changed ‘Special Access Program’ (which exists) to ‘Safe Access Program’ (non-existent) about halfway through. A real source would not make such an error.

That distinction is very interesting. I didn’t notice the change. You’re probably correct. That “bombshell” has been buried, for some reason, and your observation may be it. Thank you.
