House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday asked President Trump to either reschedule his State of the Union address or hand-deliver his State of the Union remarks to Congress on paper because of the ongoing government shutdown.

“Sadly, given the security concerns and unless government re-opens this week, I suggest that we work together to determine another suitable date after government has re-opened for this address or for you to consider delivering your State of the Union address in writing to the Congress,” the California Democrat wrote in a letter to Trump.

Pelosi had previously invited the president to give his address Jan. 29, which Trump accepted.

And apparently DEMs are confident that there will still be a shutdown on 1/29 - that’s a pretty big revelation from her grandstanding letter and shows they have no intent on negotiating.

All should see the post I put up yesterday from federal news site that contacted OPM + OMB about possible RIF arising; there is currently standing policy memo that says that a RIF would not happen under such circumstances but I don’t believe there’s anything preventing new guidance be issued. The article notes they were referred back & forth between OPM + OMB about whether a furlough notice would be issued. TBD ;)

I did some checking on the cases connected to David Frodsham. The child that is suing the state of AZ should get the 15 million he is asking for. Three of the pedophiles who abused him have already been found guilty. From the sounds of his case there is a pile of evidence that CPS/AZDCS left him in a home where there was documented evidence of ongoing abuse.
