Trying - at ANY POINT to frame this as though this had been or could have been an altercation between this man and an individual. People who have even the tiniest fraction of their integrity left someplace inside themselves (however deep down they have pushed it) don't EVER do that.
This was a guy against a mob that had not dispersed even after they no longer faced just the young girl and her mother.There was never a fight against a single other person in this incident.
So I am glad you asked and I am more than happy both to enlighten you and to defend this point. The reason why all the crooks in a robbery are charged in shootings is because once you become a mob you are all guilty of the violence the mob perpetrates. Even if you're young or it's your first time.

I never presented that the child didn’t deserve to be shoved, I was pointing out, I can’t imagine being 11 years old, and being shoved (for whatever reason, deserved or not) by someone 3 times my size and my gut reaction would be to charge them like this little fool girl did.
It was a criticism of the GIRL, and HER UPBRINGING, not the man... Check your anger, and actually read.
