Well, generally cops don’t arrest/summons people for crimes they have no evidence of being committed. Sure it CAN happen, but we have video proof, and if we have it, so do the cops. So they made a decision by video and witnesses at the scene, including the man who committed the crime, where they had enough evidence for an arrest. They arrested the man, not the 11 year old girl.
Of course, he can defend himself in court, he can hire lawyers, which will be expensive or he can plead it out with the prosecutor. Either way, its not a good situation to be in. Of course the prosecutor could drop the charges as well. But I don’t think that will happen here.
Cops don’t summons people. I’m done. You have no concept of the law at all.
