Professional landlords. But are they willing to pay the market price, or are they trying to get it too cheap?

My first thi\ought, although the Chinese option is also possible.

I was thinking "Bottom Feeders". We have a one-acre desert lot in AZ where sales are $2,500 and up. About three times a year we get a flyer looking to buy the lot - usually for about $150.

I get those for my “rural” parcel in Az too. I chased those down and they are reselling these sight unseen for the “very cheap” price of 30k to city people back east.

Least they could do is make a “fair” offer since they are going to ask 30k for it.
