I think I read one time in The Dark Side that back in the cowboy days that cowboys didn't like sheep because they thought they damaged the grass and sheepherders put up fences hindering the raising of "free range beef".

The cows were unaware of their fate until one day while standing around chewing their cud, a certain heifer named Qow explained to the others that they had been deluded all along and they should begin promoting the eating of sheep to the humans.

Now the cowboys weren't too sure about what Qow was saying because they reasoned if people ate more sheep, they would eat less beef. But Qow was very convincing and told them in the long game there would be less fencing thus easier access to more grass and therefore more cows, and they could sell their beef at an even lower price increasing demand.

The cowboys fell for it I kid you not! They had eaten so many beans around the campfire over the years it had affected their brains! LOL!

The cow tools you see in front of that cow you're speaking of is actually a butcher's bone saw, and a shepherd's crook used for catching those quick little sheep.

The other two items, I'm reluctant to tell you, gasp, is actually a leg of lamb, and a sheep's head turned with its face turned away from the viewer!

Larson couldn't admit to this because, well you know, he's in the cartoon business, and butchering cute little sheep is not that funny.

The Cow Awakening in the late 1800's was so successful that cattle today have extended their promotions to include various animals including chIck in' to help reduce the demand for "free range beef".

They even have a new gig now which includes convincing humans they should eat leaves and veggies only, and even some cardboard.

This all originated with that one old smart heifer now referred to by the herds as Holy Qow.

See, everything you thought was true, might not necessarily be.

Two things to remember, don't mess with an old heifer, and...

"Be careful who you follow, or follow too closely, and watch yer step." - Qow

Yeah, I know that's more than two things, but in the tradition of beans around the campfire and yarn telling, I'm streching things a bit.
