POTUS already said he’s not talking DACA until it works its way through the courts. It’s off the table for now. The DEMs are going to have to come up with something else + more.
And if RBG is out - hee hee, DACA is dead. As far as I remember (there were so many ins and outs) the current status is no new DACA applications but the existing ones still are hanging in there (subject to the rules of DACA)?
