Use the damned seized drug money ,and (the gov) stop being anal about it. Just do it .

I have no problem using the cartel’s money for this. There is plenty of it already “due processed” and being spread around various law enforcement agencies, much of it not very usefully.
Absolutely, President Trump should redirect all of it he can towards the wall. Ted Cruz’s EL CHAPO bill would streamline it.
But there is absolutely no reason to try and do and end run around due process procedures when the spigot is already wide open. We just need to put a hose on it and redirect it.
The democrats will eventually find themselves in control of both chambers of Congress and the Presidency again someday and I prefer that we not have gutted our due process protections when the pendulum swings again.
I am seriously grateful for the window of opportunity Trump was given in rebalancing the Supreme Court. It will probably be his most enduring legacy.
