Good idea except for that part. Those states are run by commies who shouldn't decide. They "demagogue" issues that are handed to them for control in the most lengthy and loudest ways. The President's Administration should decide.

But the idea is that we ignore those States.

There are 650 million acres owned by the federal government — including in the East.

The US Government owns over 13% of Florida.

So if a State doesn’t want to participate, screw ‘em.

The point is to sell tracts of land WHERE the State and local interest groups would support it.

Why try to help States that don’t want to be helped?
