For my part I doubt POTUS will announce his decision to build the wall. He has already said he wanted to wait for a SCOTUS decision on DACA. Also, he would lose his leverage over Poorlosi and Scheemer... they are on the hot seat now.
I suspect he just wants to present his case to the American people, the case against criminals, drugs, human and child sex trafficking, MS13, terrorism, etc. We will see. 😐
I think you are right. The timing isn’t right for him to build because the people haven’t been prepared. He still has to make the case about the trouble an open border brings. MSM has built a narrative for the opposite side that many buy. Gotta punch some holes in that first.
