Tokyo Rose had a job to do; I assume she was paid well.

Justice Ruth

It's hard to miss the news these days about Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Whether it's her health, her social or political views, her missing court hearings or her new biographic movie, she's all over the television and news.

I'm a political news reader so I've resolved myself, pretty much, to seeing and reading the news about her life, her current health issues, her upcoming replacement on the Supreme Court (yes, yes, I'm an uncouth bastard for mentioning that she is old, in ill health and likely to die soon) and her political stance on many issues. I have even read some of her, shall we say, controversial judicial rulings. I consider it informing myself on the issues of the day and it is appropriate to do so. She has had an interesting life.

Now, I have to admit that I have not seen her new movie, nor do I intend to see it. (sorry box office proceeds) Having read about her I have no desire whatsoever to spend my money listening to some liberal screeching banshee BS drivel get spewed into my ear on my own dime. I've seen and read enough already, thank you very much. I'll keep my money

There is one thing, however, that I would like to comment further upon regarding the liberal community, Hollywood and Justice Ruth herself. What, you may ask, could get someone in such a tizzy? And my answer is pretty simple...blatant hypocrisy.

Have you seen the title of the Justice's movie? I was shocked to find sexism shamelessly flashed across my television screen. Making women's live into just a sexual issue is appalling. I thought liberals were above such things! (that's sarcasm in case anybody missed it)

You see, the title of Justice Ruth's movie is "On the Basis of Sex". Did you catch that? It isn't titled "On the Basis of Gender" or "On the Basis of Gender Equality" or some other such drivel (which is what, in my opinion, it should be titled as it would be more reflective of Justice Ruth's true goals in life (from what I've read anyway)). And you should have spoken up sooner, Justice Ruth.", as somebody just did you a great disservice by placing SEX into the title to...what...spice things up? Did they think they had a POS movie so they thought SEX in the title will carry the movie and you let them?

But no, not our American propaganda arm, it's all about "sex". Sex sells, not gender issues. So in conclusion, this woman's noble struggle has been denigrated to a sexual issue (it's all about sex) instead of a gender issue.

Well done Hollywood and liberals. And you should have spoken up sooner, Justice Ruth. You've created a lasting legacy, for sure, in my mind, though probably not the one you had in mind. You and the thought of sex don't gel in my book.

Do I really need an /sarcasm?
