I don't know that Q (himself, not his interpreters or people on this thread) ever emphasized him too much. Can someone do a global search on the Q-testament and post all the "Huber" references?
I have had deep suspicions about Huber going back six months or more, which is why I started the "Huber Watch" series.
Here is the last version. As I pointed out over the time I ran this series there was no evidence of him doing much to follow up the Horowitz OIG investigation.
