Hmm, I thought elections were under the purview of the states. So, if Dems can introduce and vote on a bill that allows convicted felons in every state to vote, then a bill to require national voter ID proving citizenship should be a snap, once Rs have the majority again. I doubt the felon vote bill will pass the Senate.
