Re-reading the “Mueller designed” Q drop along with the new Q comments, I’m 99.99% that Mueller (and thus RR, also RR from other things Q has said) is at the very least leveraged. Designed - by who? Certainly not by Mueller himself. I think there is no other alternative but that Trump and his guys designed it all. Mueller’s witch hunt was designed to make the derps feel safer and that Trump was/is in danger and weakened.

So, to me it says that the insiders have known all along that the Mueller Witch Hunt was fake, but wanted the public to think it was true.

The critical mission that Sessions made public was that he was going after leakers. So that mean only designated leakers would leak??

I don’t get what Q means about Mueller deleting LP and PS text messages; maybe so the derps on the Senate Intel committee would not get hold of them?? (probably dumb question but I’m at a loss).

When Q says “Mueller insurance policy has expired”. WHOSE insurance? Who/what was being insured? Could it be the derps’ insurance/cover that Mueller is just about to get Trump any day now and They are still in charge? That’s all about to be blown away?

There was this report that the Mule got rid of Strzok and Page but let their devices get "lost" and "purged". It's speculated that doesn't matter for MILINT purposes because no such agency has it anyway. On its face, however, that is a case for incompetence or obstruction of justice that befalls the mule op.

Rudy recently said that the Mule, himself, is/was the "insurance policy". Meaning "Plan B" = "F Flynn and then F Trump", set predicate for "Russia" + FISA, etc., then produce Special Counsel being the Mule.

Personally I don't think POTUS is blind, deaf & dumb or didn't know what was going on when these things were established - thus leading to your "leveraged" consideration. One thing that always leads me from the complete & total rogue op scenario is that the Mule has not brought actions which are outside the realm of interest from white hat side i.e. "fulfilling" the Flynn + FISA + plant / OCULUS things, etc., to bring full circle.

Mueller Time is expired for successfully Framing the president with all that Page and Strozk manufactured crap based on the NOW defunct DOSSIER.

Framing Trump by using the Dossier WAS the insurance policy. It would be successfully concluded only when the FBI (Comey) and Justice Department (Rosenstein AAG) could prove it, indict it and convict. Mueller scrubbing 19,000 text messages between Page, Strozk and company, may be EXACTLY what forced Mueller to flip, to save himself. He’s still in mortal danger from the Swamp, however, whom he has let down, and failed the Plan and possibly turned on, in order to cut a deal to stay out of Prison or trial, Guantanamo style.
