Could “they” keep RBG alive for legal purposes? In other words, keep her body in a living state after the cancer has killed her in order to delay her SC replacement?
seems we’re already close to that now ... does she even appear in session anymore? Is she attending by phone? Nobody seems to know or say. I believe somebody looked into this before and it is a requirement that she be attending & even the “phone” call-in scenario is not in line with the law or how the law should be (since we’re talking operational aspects of SCOTUS). It’s been “Weekend at Ginsberg’s” for some time.
Evil is so prevalent today that I would have to consider that possibility.
In truth, when RBG trashed Prez. Trump she should have been recused from making any more decisions, which would have all but mandated her retirement. But, of course, she is a Dem Darling, so she can get away with any travesty... maybe even making decisions from beyond.
Now watch the Dems try to impeach Kavanaugh.

I certainly wouldn't put it past them to try having RBG on life support to delay seating a replacement. But how long could they keep it going? Doesn't SCOTUS reconvene soon? Or, just throwing this out there, perhaps RBG was offered a deal much like McNameless and she's already met her Maker. They're just waiting for the rest of the deal to be completed to announce her passing.
