That is NOT the same model fencing as POTUS has ended up on/with. San Diego has a few types of fencing & you’re alluding to the steel framing that has a bar across the top & I posted a video a week or so ago of another stretch of a similar fencing being installed now in Texas. There is also flat steel wall formation in areas of San Diego that were built through legislation by Duncan Hunter (Sr.) that reused old steel plates from old gov. / Navy surplus in mothballs. In particular I’m thinking of the stretch off Tijuana that stretches into the ocean in Imperial Beach and, indeed, the single roll of concertina wire along the top worked nicely!

The steel fencing I meant was the kind that goes off into the ocean and recently got concertina wire top and bottom. That was the kind in news some weeks ago (or was it longer? - time flies when you’re having..fun).

Check out the Santa Theresa fence. They are using the slats plus solid steel on top. I think they are going to have vehicle barriers a road’s width from the fence.
