Framing Trump by using the Dossier WAS the insurance policy. The obits for a Todd Madison in Wisconsin do not have an official picture posted. There was one photo of Madison and HRC added to the comments area but it was done some time later.

I searched Todd Madison K2 and the results show a linked in account and the K2 Security website. His picture is posted. Apparently he is alive and well and living in NY.

If you look at the picture you posted clearly you can see that the sign in the upper background says:

First Theater Sustainment Command
US Army Central"

And their logo is on that sign.

Their formation in the photo matches that logo, with an arrow pointing to the center of a circle. Which is not a Q.
