Watching NASA live and got nothing more on this yet. Wonder what the hold up is?

The space craft is 4 billion miles away. At that distance, the data transmission rate is about a 100 baud and is going to take over 20 months to download all the data.

This AM heard that it will be 4 years before all the imaging data is returned to Earth. I assume the delay has something to do with power requirements and the 4 billion miles.
