Crazy..I can make homemade pie crust and old fashion fudge great cookie maker but struggle with a roll cake and good chili.

I can’t cook meat. There are good reasons that some people are vegetarians (bad hunter, lousy cook, etc.). Making old fashioned fudge scares me.
