Also being on a computer you are not blinking as often as you should. My sister who works for an eye doctor has preached to me for years on this. She's especially worried because I wear contacts and says if I'm not more careful...I'll be taken off of contacts due to too dry of eyes.

Ive been reading about dry eyes lately, and you’re right - we are supposed to blank every 10 seconds. However when looking at the computer we do much less.
