DACA was never a law, just an EO that even Obama admitted he didn’t have a right to declare. I don’t get how the entire judicial system is treating it as law.
DACA was never even an EO. Just an agreement among bureaucrats.
I think this is the one that Trump tweeted something about how much power he would have if this was upheld. Meaning he could do just about anything he wanted through executive order also.
I love that tweet, and just a few words explain the entire problem with it, plus it was a bit of a Veiled Threat that if the Judiciary were idiots, they deserve what they get.
