NORD STAR AA0008RU43, a Russian SAR vessel, may have been dispatched to to assist stranded sailors in the #KerchStrait after incident.

Two vessels under the flag of Tanzania are burning in the Kerch Strait area, one of them, according to preliminary data, had an explosion.
