It's interesting to see information like this quantified and it illuminates several striking relationships and contrasts.

• The most liberal professions are far more extreme than the most conservative professions.
  The average of the 4 most liberal professions is 6.5 versus 3.05 for the 4 most conservative.

• The most conservative professions are those that produce tangible goods - hard goods, physical things. Products with intrinsic value.

• The most liberal professions are primarily involved with intangible services.

• Leftists see themselves as guardians of nature, natural resources and the earth itself.
  But their professions are the most removed from actual involvement with the natural physical world.
  Their environments are man-made structures and the concrete jungle.

• The more conservative professions are more closely related to the natural physical world.
  Their environments are the natural world; the earth itself.

Makes sense. Liberals do not live in reality but in some Utopia of their own making and their minds. That’s why they’re not going to be able to handle it when there is either economic collapse, societal collapse, or a civil war.
