Would have been only 17 when Marines stopped combat ops there around mid-1971. Training time alone would have taken him past that time, even if he joined at 17.
Also is allied with the “Native Youth Alliance” a shady charity with $11 million in income and $4.6 million in salaries.Not sure of his role, but sounds like a money funneling operation to me.
