Why is that 78 year old woman dragging her own luggage through the airport?A. She had some flunky "drag" her luggage for her, then ran off the hired help for the photo op you see there.
B. The next photos we see of Her Royal Highness will most likely include a walker, neck brace and extensive medical staff. (The throng of wailing, weeping and teeth gnashing thousands will come from Central Casting courtesy of CNN/ABC/CBS...)

Hmmmm....she sure doesn’t look 78 years old, does she? I wonder what keeps her so young looking. (Besides botox and Clairol! :)
