Oh, I’m going to eat it! It smelled so good coming out of the oven I thought about telling hubby I only made one. It has a bunch of cheese and jalapenos rolled up inside it also.
I couldn’t find a recipe on the internet that I liked, I was trying to emulate Schat’s Bakery cheddar and jalapeno loaf. We would go there every time we went through Bishop when we were in California. There’s an Amish place near here that has their own recipe but it’s not nearly as good. So I had to figure out how to make it. I think it’s pretty close. Good enough!
