I really have stopped reading most comments everywhere, the left is so nasty and unhinged, don’t what that crud in my mind.

Come to think of it, I’ve almost stopped reading any articles as most are so negative.

When I get a charlie horse in my leg or big toe at night I jump out of bed and start stomping on it. It finally relives it.

I can't walk on my charlie horse of its in the top of my foot ,arch and ankle all at the same time. That was happening before taking this combination of my potassium/magnesium. I think its working! Tonight was a big test and nothing happened through the night. I wore boots to a basketball game that were up to my knees.
