I am trying to fathom what makes Pelosi tick. Obviously she is a Queen RAT amongst the RATs, and is all about money and power ... but I still bet POTUS is looking for an angle with her, some leverage to make a deal.

I think your right. Has POTUS ever said anything bad about her Pelosi? He always seems to praise her when he talks about her. He even went so far as to offer GOP support to get HER elected speaker. We (me) lol, all thought that was because she was such a dim wit, but maybe there is something eles there. There must be if her kids are showing up to his 2017-18 new years party. And she took the whole impeachment thing off the table.
