Exactly what I've been saying. All these claims that Mueller is just about to wrap it up - what are they based on? Wishful thinking. He's under zero time pressure, and the longer he goes on keeping Trump from declassifying things like the FISA warrants the happier he and his Deep State buddies are.
Not only is Trump deterred from releasing them, but he's backed up OIG Horowitz and (assuming he's even on the case, which is unclear) USA Huber from doing much.
