After last night's ball, China's Rose Parade float breaks down and is unable to recover. It's not uncommon for a float to break down and they have tow trucks at the ready and this was at the start of the parade route. But they couldn't get it going! Networks didn't know what to do because the rest (1/3) of the parade was bottled up behind it. I've been going to the Rose Parade since I grew up in the area and never seen such an epic fail!
