“Hes very humble, never acts snobby despite his position and intelligence.”
And those kind of people are the most GENUINE! :-)
Boston is a really nice city despite the liberals. LOL.

Cats
Cats sleep, anywhere,
Any table, any chair
Top of piano, window-ledge,
In the middle, on the edge,
Open drawer, empty shoe,
Anybody's lap will do,
Fitted in a cardboard box,
In the cupboard, with your frocks-
Anywhere! They don't care!
Cats sleep anywhere.
Eleanor Farjeon

Happy caturday and dogurday, all!

Sunday greetings to Amys Place
We are getting blessed with an all day long snow today, about 5 inches total.
I am waiting to plow it until later since it continues to fall.
Birds are devouring seed lately, filled the feeders this morning. Ran out of the cheep stuff so its all the best seed getting used now. Usually mix it.
Cheers
To: TheConservativeParty

Re: Kitty with snow on her head picture.
Thats how weve been for the past 2 months.
To: TheConservativeParty
I am grateful not to have snow today. :)
We’ve had a lot of woodpeckers in lately, mostly because of the suet. A pileated came in last week, but quickly left for a tree to escape some of the other birds and squirrels.
A few weeks ago we ran out of seed during bad weather and had to search our pantry for a substitute. Fortunately, I had ordered some salt-free cashews and peanuts by mistake, so those went out on the deck. They devoured them.

It has been the opposite in New England. Lots of ice and bitter cold, but very little snow.
I almost miss it....

They are eating it like crazy today. Theres about 30 of them out there now.
To: trisham
That was a treat for them to have cashews. That would be a treat for me!
To: TheConservativeParty
I wasn’t sure what we might do with the unsalted nuts, but hanging on to them for a while turned out to be a good thing.

I bought shelled peanuts at the bird supply store for the first time this winter. Every bird seems to like them. The dog likes the pieces that fall from the feeder too.
Well Im going out to clear the driveway. The snow wont stop.

I remember that. Pretty song. My mom still has the piano book for Mary Poppins.
To: TheConservativeParty
Sherman and Sherman were the songwriters during that era of Disney movies.
