Through arduous searching and researching of Google Earth satellite images, a Chinese dissident was able to locate 19 possible prisons and 15 possible re-education camps in Kashgar Prefecture (officially known as Kashi Prefecture), in Xinjiang, with a total possible capacity of a half-million people.
