Obama had law enforcement out in the parks, barricaded them, threw out trespassers and even forbade taking pictures from a distance. Even tried to close down parks that weren’t federally funded.
Geez, what was wrong with him? Seems like he was trying to make the impact of the shut down even worse than it should’ve been. Obviously he was trying to blame the Republicans.
We took a drive to NC, it’s supposed to rain the rest of the week so it was today or not at all.
The Blue Ridge Parkway was closed in the section we tried to hop on it to get back, so we took another country road and saw some new sights, very pretty mountains and cabins. There could have been a tree down in the parkway and no personnel to deal with it. No big deal.
