Interesting.

I don’t know if it qualifies as a BOOM.

Carter Page appears to be acting as his own attorney, at least for this filing in his case against Perkins Coie and Fusion.

I am not an attorney, but the filing appears competent to me. He really makes a strong case in support of, presumably, damages from the defendants for fraudulently injuring him with their FISA hanky-panky and in conspiracy with their media chums.

He also challenges the basis of their attorney client privilege, asking WHAT LEGITIMATE LEGAL ACTION they were pursuing.

I found the FUSION answer stunning: They said they were researching a case on behalf of DNC and HRC for America to allow them to challenge the results of the election should she lose!

Maybe that’s a BOOM.

Also, Carter Page v. Democratic National Committee Includes FISC judges who signed FISA.

Raymond J. Dearie
Michael W Mosman
Rosemary M Collyer

All appointed by Chief Justice John Roberts.

How will those judges affect Justice Roberts and vice versa.. I think they all need intense scrutiny.

If Roberts is a controlled asset of the Deep State, his appointees to that court are also controlled.

I'm not that familiar with court filings to be sure that you are correct that he's acting as his own attorney, but if so that's unfortunate I think.

Chances of a non-lawyer successfully suing one of the largest and most influential law firms in the USA: near zero I would guess.

Good catch! I don't think this yet deserves a "BOOM", but if the judge rules in favor of it that would be a small "BOOM". At that point Carter Page would presumably have the right of deposition, now that could be really fun!

Interesting that Fusion GPS / Michael Steele are not listed as defendants in this.
