It's beatable, but not by many. It would drop crossers to a trickle.
32 feet is a standard ladder size. In this situation you would just strap a wooden slat across the top of the ladder before you raised it. Then it would be supported on two poles.
And yes you can even get 48 foot and 60 foot ladders. But they cost a chunk of money.
And solve the Roberts ruling of no matter where they cross as this would be a major detterent and also Im assuming have a legal entry point armed and guarded
You have to allow for the lean in the ladder and have another one to climb down the other side.
