This “filing” is not a... The United States of America vs- ( ? ) indictment.
It’s analogous to an instrument that a jail house lawyer might create / file on someone’s behalf in the pen.
Or, something a non lawyer citizen would file “pro se.”
On occasion, something like this work, circulates around the cyber pea patch, about every 6-12 months.
I seem to remember a similarly composed “indictment” against GWB and many of his administrative heads, over the prosecution of belligerents and our overall involvement in the Gulf War, that circulated on the www, not too long ago.
I’m not speaking to the premise or merits of the subject document.
FWIW- I’ve filed a number of documents Pro Se, on my behalf, with limited success.
The Court, gives leeway to “initial” follies on the Pro Se filer’s behalf, but overall, has great disdain for amateurs that dare perform outside of the Bar’s accreditation / certification stamp of approval.
Two basic editing / formatting errors stood out immediately in a cursory review of the document, indicating a Pro Se filing, or- that the editor / creator was not a member of any Bar Assoc. :
* The sentence spacing was wrong. It should have been double spaced.
* Each sentence line should have been numbered.
Others more familiar with the court arena would likely find more fundamental / egregious errors contained within the docs.
Bottom line: Lock Her Up!
Thanks for the explanation. I’m a dummy when it comes to court documents.
I was surprised it charged her with RICO without spelling out what that is.
