Regarding today’s charges against two Flynn associates...so they are accused of attempting to “covertly influence U.S. politicians and public opinion”

How is this a crime? What is the statute they are accused of breaking?

Will somebody the h3ll tell me the definition of LOBBYING????? Is the new standard that only registered lobbyists get to try to influence policy or public?

actually charged with conspiracy to act as agents of a foreign government.

Started in 2016. Kim was a partner of Flynn’s lobbying grp. Alptekin was a client of Flynn’s lobbying group.
