I think POTUS is happy with either of 2 outcomes:
1) Schumer/Pelosi capitulate, whining all the way
or,
2) Government shutdown over the RATs trying to block border security.

3) Military building the wall
4) Funding it through deal with Mexico (or possibly other unappropriated funds)

I’ve been saying for months now that the military will build the wall. Remember the red/green drops? Word is the Army Corps of Engineers is doing test digs along the border.
