After re-reading this, the only conclusion I can come to is that Mueller had Flynn arrested solely so that Flynn’s testimony could be entered. Shame/set up from the start. Mule recommended no jail time.
I’ve focused on why Flynn pled guilty, now questioning why he was charged in the first place.
Thinking this is evidence of Mueller being grey hat/leveraged. He only charged Flynn to get Flynn’s testimony about where the bodies are buried, entered into the legal record or whatever it’s called.
