Judge Sullivan is giving Flynn yet another chance to delay – now telling him it’s his “prerogative” whether to move forward – because he hasn’t necessarily finished offering helpful information to the government that might mitigate a sentence.
This is a hell of a day so far. The judge story is a bust and no Wall funding, and no shutdown. Flynn won’t give up the deal that saved his son, that’s not a surprise.
I’m not enjoying this show.
