The DS cannot afford to let other, lesser members see that they cannot protect and cover for the 2 major felons that are their public image.
I agree. They will never be held accountable for their deeds. They will never stop being sleazy criminals until they assume room temperature after a long life. There will be no real justice for their crimes.
