So your source is the COMMENTS section on a video of a NASA engineer that a flat earther renamed to "NASA Engineer Admits They Can't Get Past Van Allen Belts". And in this video the engineer is talking about the Orion program and HOW they're goal is to send a man to Mars.

Ummmm...he NEVER SAID they can't get past he Van Allen belt. THAT'S a MISLEADING statement BY a critic of NASA.

NASA never said it or admitted it. It's fantasy by lying flat earthers who can't win an argument any other way.
