“Macaroni is ordering all employers to pay a year end bonus to employees.”
That is fascism. Government control over private Enterprise. This is completely the opposite of when businesses decided to give their employees bonuses because of the Trump tax cuts.
France has very strict labor laws. Not much room for employers to make business decisions when it comes to employees.
I’d like to see our Department of Labor dissolved. Employment decisions should be a private agreement between the employer and employee, including wages.
