I love my neighbors and I thank God definitely led us to this place. Right before the snowstorm a neighbor was talking about when they had power out for 11 days. He said it with pride, that everyone handled it just fine. This people have a different mentality here, probably because they are living very similar to how their grandparents and great-grandparents lived, actually in the same house for many of the neighbors. That stereotype about Appalachia is at least partly true.

I know one thing that doesn’t make me sleep well is eating dinner too late in the day which I really try not to do but sometimes can’t help.
