I agree. I don’t blame those guys for not handing over all the documents, because the congress can’t prosecute. Besides, the unnamed woman that worked for CF may end up dead.

That is a lot. I think they had me on 25k IU for a while. Did blood work, dropped to 5000 IU and now 1000 IU. This is in addition to my Silver vitamins. I was way low, like your husband, but did blood work to watch the liver while I was on the high dosage. I just worried people can overdo this vitamin.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. It’s like a domino effect. Like when my elbow hurts, eventually my shoulder will.

I love microwave fudge. I use one box of the powder sugar and the rest is the same. Love to see the milk in the middle and mix it all up after it is nuked. 2 minutes and it is done. Well, need to freeze it a little. But it is so easy and delicious.
Damn, diet time is only a couple weeks away!!

My doctors have told me the side affects are bad, don’t take it. Fish oil is good, and turmeric/curcumin is good. Ibuprofen type OTC is good, but I can’t take often as I am prone to get ulcers.
