The flyover at Bush’s burial was 21 planes.

First one lead plane, followed by 4 groups of four planes, then about 45 seconds later came the last group of four planes who performed the symbolic ‘missing man’ maneuver in which one plane separates from the group.

(most of the videos I checked don’t show them all, either missing the first plane or not showing the last group of four)
